Pilgrimage to the
Loving Heart of Jesus
This extended Lenten retreat brings you closer to the experience of the loving heart of Jesus in the Word (scripture), in interior prayer, and in the Breaking of the Bread. Is God quietly beckoning you this Lenten season? Might your faith journey take you to the tenderness of Jesus’ love within you? In five sessions we will begin to explore:​​
​1 – The Word experienced in lectio divina
2 – Interior Prayer: St Ignatius’ Examen
3 – Interior Prayer: Reflective prayer within the Loving Heart of Jesus
4 – Interior Prayer: Companioned Prayer in the Loving Heart of Jesus
5 – The Breaking of the Bread: Experiencing Jesus in the Mass and Adoration

All sessions are two hours. Each session adds something more to the previous, culminating in the Eucharist in a special contemplative Mass and brief Adoration in the fifth session.
For each of the first four sessions you can attend either in the morning or in the evening.
Refreshments and fellowship will be in the Music Room after the fifth session.
